Order Confirmation: As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. As soon as we receive your order, we begin processing to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. Your card will not be charged during this period. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail to confirm if you'd like to keep your order canceled. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Note: Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur freight charges and the shipping fees for those deliveries are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are calculated after the order is submitted, so your order will be placed on hold until we can reach you by phone to confirm pricing.
All merchandise must be unused, unassembled, and returned in the original packaging.. Please include a copy of the original receipt of purchase. If the product is not returned in these conditions,, we are not responsible for re shipping the product.
A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be automatically applied to your credit or debit card within 10 business days after receiving the returned product. If your original form of payment is no longer active, we will send a check within 30 days.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. All items must be postmarked within 45 days from the original date of shipment.
No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after 45 days of the original date of shipment.
