Order Confirmation: As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This confirms your order has been received in our system and your credit card is authorized for purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we begin processing to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. Your card will not be charged during this period. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail to confirm if you'd like to keep your order canceled. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Note: Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur freight charges and the shipping fees for those deliveries are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are calculated after the order is submitted, so your order will be placed on hold until we can reach you by phone to confirm pricing.
Returns are easy, simply contact us for to start the process. In most cases we will get you an RMA from from the manufacturer and have all of the relevant information filled out. Once you have been approved we will send all relevant instructions regarding the return and follow the return process laid out by the manufacturers.
