The Charotis | 52" Charcoal Spit Roaster/Rotisserie - SSH1 can produce succulent, mouth watering pigs, lamb, goat, chickens, turkeys, pork shoulders or any game that weighs up to 100lbs! You can ensure your family and friends are fed in good time as the Hood will cut roasting time by at least 1/3! Your meat will be more flavourful, juicy and tender because the dripping fat will burn into the smoke, as your meat will both roast and smoke at the same time! With this amazing Hood design you will be able to roast the meat on very cold days meaning you can feed your family and friends luscious BBQ all year round!
You can also use Model SSH1 as a SMOKER! Smoked meat is the perfect snack or meal as it is high in lean protein while low in fat and carbs. These meats are packed with good lean protein and smoky, juicy flavour! The proper way to smoke your meat is low and slow at 180-220 Fahrenheit! This method ensure's tender results every time! You can cook it directly above charcoal or indirectly, burning charcoal on one half of the charcoal pan, while cooking meat on the other half using cooking grids. The built-in thermometer will help you to adjust the temperature gauranteeing delicious flavour and tender cuts of meat!
Transform fresh meats, fish seafood, cheese or even eggs into flavourful smoked treats by using model SSH1 as a COLD SMOKER! Cold smoking infuses food with that distinctive smoky flavour by placing the meat on the cooking grates or hung on the spit rod while the wood or wood chips slowly burn, which create's cold smoke. Unlike hot smoking you are not cooking your food rather infusing it with an abundance of flavour, preserving it for months to come!
You can use Model SSH1 as a regular CHARCOAL BBQ to grill steaks, burgers, hot dogs, seafood and so much more! With five cooking grids covering the entire roaster, 1000 sq in in total, you can provide a literal feast of grilled delicacies! To move it easily, we added four removable rubber locking swivel casters. The removable charcoal pan is made of black painted steel with a charcoal grid inside for better combustion and a more even temperature grilling experience! The spit rod is made of heavy duty 1" stainless steel with two stainless steel spit forks and a spine fork. These forks will hold the meat on the SPIT ROASTER so that it doesn't move at all and your machine will run very smoothly without vibrations. The roaster is 52" long and 22" wide. The 50W, 200 lbs/in. motor has an internal unit that is specifically made for this rotisserie. The speed of the motor is 4 rpm and all the gears are made of high quality metal. Motor insulation has a high temperature rating and the cooling fan is additional protection to prevent overheating ensuring your families BBQ enjoyment all year round! There is a one year warranty on all parts and five years on the motor and the spit rod forks giving you peace of mind with your Charotis Spit Roaster!

How To Put Your Meat On The Spit
Step 1
Push the spit through rear opening. Slide the spit fork on the spit facing the legs and but section. Do not tighten the spit fork yet!
Step 2
Push the spit fork into the meat. Try to push it all the way. Do not tighten the spit fork yet!
Step 3
Now, slide the second spit fork on the spit facing the shoulders section.
Do not tighten the spit fork yet!
Step 4

Step 5
Poke two small openings with a knife and push the spine fork in.
Step 6
Now flip over the meat, place spine hook's plate and tighten the wing nuts by hand.
Step 7
Slide the leg brackets on the spit and secure the front and back legs to the spit.
And your done!
Pig perfectly placed on the spit!
